After 7 years working hands-on in property management, I’ve dealt with reservations, operations, owners, vendors, accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and the everyday problems that come with managing properties.
I’ve also worked directly with different property management systems, including MAPRO, CiiRUS, and Hostaway. That experience taught me that the best software isn’t necessarily the one with the longest feature list. It’s the one that actually makes a property manager’s job easier.
